750ml / 14.9% ABV
Blend: 100% Malbec
100% Malbec harvested in the hand from a low-yielding parcel in Gualtallary with pure lime soil at 1400-1500 m altitude. The grapes were harvested and trimmed in the hand directly into small 300L vessels where they were fermented with wild yeast before storage on French oak barrels. Drained without filtration. The scent is the epitome of Gualtallary elegance with perfumed floral touches, limed minerality and light spice. In the taste intense dark berry fruit with fresh vibrating acid, finely polished tannins and tightly limed mineral bite. A wine with immense elegance, depth and sharp balance.
