Blend: Cabernet Franc [ 29% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Franc, 13% Petit Verdot, 10% Malbec
The Cabernet Franc adds the spicy, restrained elegance and fine-grained tannins, the Merlot introduces plum and red berry flavours, the Cabernet Sauvignon provides rigidity with firm tannins and black berry and cassis flavours. The rich and ripe mulberry flavours of the Malbec are balanced by the fresh red berry acidity from the Petit Verdot.
