Pommard, Cote de Beaune, Burgundy, France
750ml / 12.5% ABV
Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
Fine and Rare
Bright, vibrant colour, still incredibly youthful. Intense nose if dark red, ripe fruit, lovely savoury notes. On the palate the richness of the red fruit that is the hallmark of this vintage shines through. Well balanced with soft ripe tannins, vibrant acidity and a long finish. Very good. Pairs with game, venison, roasted red meat and vegetables. Try venison and beetroot with demi-glaze.
