This red has undergone both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The grapes with which it is made come from the surroundings of the town of Padilla de Duero, in the heart of Ribera del Duero. In this vintage it has 93 Peñin points and is presented with marked notes of black fruit, spices and balsamic memories.
Garnet color. Complex nose with marked notes of black fruit, spices and light balsamic memories, integrated with a delicate and harmonious wood. In the mouth it is noble, with character, but faithful to the elegance that characterizes it. Tasty and structured. Marked in its length by notes of black fruit, roasted notes and a velvety finish.
Ideal with aged cheeses, red and white meats, sausages and game dishes.
